WHAT INFORMATION IS COVERED BY THIS POLICY

What is Personal Information?

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED?

• Respond to requests for information and provide customer support;

WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED?

Your Personal Information may be accessible or shared for business purposes with the categories of third parties described below. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Service Providers.  We engage third-party service providers to assist with various administrative and technology support services.  Service providers may have access to your Personal Information to perform these tasks on our behalf only for the purposes for which we engage them.

Site Hosted Services.  We use cloud-based software and hosting services to provide certain interactive functionalities for our Site.

Data Analytics Services.  When you use our Site, we and third-party data analytics services we authorize may collect your internet usage data.

Advertisers and Social Media. Cookies used on our Site allow us and advertising networks, social media companies, and other providers to collect and share information, and place or display ads that are personalized to you on our Site, as well as on other websites, apps, services, and devices you may use.

Legal Process and Security. HOW IS MY INFORMATION PROTECTED?

We take commercially reasonable precautions designed to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Information and prevent alteration, corruption or access by unauthorized parties. We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that are designed to ensure that Personal Information is stored and treated in a reasonable manner.

HOW LONG WILL MY INFORMATION BE STORED?

We will retain your Personal Information for a reasonable period of time taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, and legal obligations including the period within which claims may be brought regarding Personal Information.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Sites may include links to other websites, for example a careers website when you apply for a job with us. When you leave our domain, your use of other websites is governed by that website’s privacy policy and terms of use.

USER CONTENT

Our Sites may provide features where individuals can post, comment, and submit other information (collectively, “User Content”). If you post User Content on our Sites, the User Content, as well as other information, it may be available to all users of our Sites.

HOW WE USE AND HOW YOU CAN RESTRICT COOKIES AND INTERNET TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

How we use Cookies. Our Sites use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as pixels, beacons and tags (collectively, “cookies”), to collect data some of which may be identifiable to you, directly or indirectly. These technologies enable us, our service providers, and other third parties to collect and combine information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps. This information is used by us and our analytics and advertising providers to analyze the traffic on our Sites, to personalize your experience on our Sites by presenting advertising content to you based on your interests, and to develop our marketing programs by measuring the effectiveness of our ads. HOW TO OPT OUT OF E-MAIL AND TELEMARKETING

When you submit your contact information to us, you may be authorizing us and/or authorized partners to send you marketing or promotional communications. You may, at any time, direct us to stop sending you marketing messages by using the “unsubscribe” process described in the communication or by contacting us as explained in the section titled, “How To Contact Us.” Please note that it may take several days to process your request. Your consent to receive marketing communications from us is not required as a condition to purchasing any of our products or services.

If you unsubscribe from receiving these messages, you will still receive transaction-related and other communications that are not marketing or promotional in nature. For example, we may contact you concerning any purchases you have made with us, even if you opt out of receiving unsolicited marketing messages.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We employ Google Analytics internet tools to collect information about usage of our Sites. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you or device identifier on the date you visit our Sites. The Google Analytics tools do not identify or collect your name, e-mail address, or other personally identifying information (which we collect only if you voluntarily submit that information to us). We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Google Analytics tools also collect specific visitor usage data, such as how often users visit the Sites, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Sites. Although Google Analytics creates a cookie to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Sites, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.

ADVERTISING NETWORKS

We may work with third party ad networks, including Google Ads, and social media platforms to display content specific advertisements to visitors that have previously visited our Sites when those visitors go to other websites that have implemented the same network or platform.

You may choose how third parties display certain ads to you, as explained further in their respective privacy policies and ad preferences pages. You can also get more information about targeted advertising, and how to opt-out of receiving targeted ads from many third-party ad networks (including Google), through the following:

You may choose to opt-out of participating ad networks. However, this does not opt you out of being served advertising in general. You may still receive generic or “contextual” ads on our site. PERSONAL INFORMATION RIGHTS

When you provide your Personal Information to us, or we obtain it through your use of our Sites, services, or other means, your information will be transferred to the United States and processed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the guidelines of this Privacy Policy. United States. California. If you are a California resident you have the right to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for your response. Canada. If you reside in Canada, you have the right to request access to your information, have your information updated or amended to correct inaccuracies or incomplete information, and (where technically feasible) to request a portable copy of your personal data, as defined under and subject to applicable law. The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.

The right to erasure – You may have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to legally permitted reasons for which we may decline your request in part or in whole.

The right to restrict processing – You may have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You may have the right to object to certain processing of your personal data by Ardelis, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You may have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

MINORS

Our Sites and services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using the Sites, you represent that you are over the age of 18. If we discover that we have Personal Information about a minor, we will promptly delete that personal data from our systems.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change and/or update this Privacy Policy and will update the “Last Updated” date to reflect these changes You should review these from time to time because, by visiting our Sites, you agree to accept any such changes.
