This Privacy Policy describes how Ardelis Group LLC (dba Ardelis Health) (“Ardelis”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information collected about individuals (“you” or your”) who access this website, ArdelisHealth.com or any other website or mobile application (collectively, “Sites”) operated by Ardelis and displaying this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, who interact with us in other ways whether in-person, online, by email, or on the phone.

Ardelis is a healthcare marketing communications company and strategic consulting firm partnering with innovators who discover, differentiate, and launch important therapies, services, and technologies. We do not provide services for individual, family or household use.

By accessing our Sites, using our services, or interacting with us, you agree to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Sites.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COVERED BY THIS POLICY

Service Providers.  We engage third-party service providers to assist with various administrative and technology support services.  Service providers may have access to your Personal Information to perform these tasks on our behalf only for the purposes for which we engage them.

Site Hosted Services.  We use cloud-based software and hosting services to provide certain interactive functionalities for our Site.

Data Analytics Services.  When you use our Site, we and third-party data analytics services we authorize may collect your internet usage data.

Advertisers and Social Media. HOW LONG WILL MY INFORMATION BE STORED?

We will retain your Personal Information for a reasonable period of time taking into account the nature and sensitivity of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, and legal obligations including the period within which claims may be brought regarding Personal Information.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our Sites may include links to other websites, for example a careers website when you apply for a job with us. When you leave our domain, your use of other websites is governed by that website’s privacy policy and terms of use.

USER CONTENT

Our Sites may provide features where individuals can post, comment, and submit other information (collectively, “User Content”). If you post User Content on our Sites, the User Content, as well as other information, it may be available to all users of our Sites.

HOW WE USE AND HOW YOU CAN RESTRICT COOKIES AND INTERNET TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

How we use Cookies. Our Sites use cookies and other tracking technologies, such as pixels, beacons and tags (collectively, “cookies”), to collect data some of which may be identifiable to you, directly or indirectly. HOW TO OPT OUT OF E-MAIL AND TELEMARKETING

You may, at any time, direct us to stop sending you marketing messages by using the “unsubscribe” process described in the communication or by contacting us as explained in the section titled, “How To Contact Us.” Please note that it may take several days to process your request. If you unsubscribe from receiving these messages, you will still receive transaction-related and other communications that are not marketing or promotional in nature. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We employ Google Analytics internet tools to collect information about usage of our Sites. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you or device identifier on the date you visit our Sites. The Google Analytics tools do not identify or collect your name, e-mail address, or other personally identifying information (which we collect only if you voluntarily submit that information to us). We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information.

Google Analytics tools also collect specific visitor usage data, such as how often users visit the Sites, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Sites. Although Google Analytics creates a cookie to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Sites, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.

ADVERTISING NETWORKS

We may work with third party ad networks, including Google Ads, and social media platforms to display content specific advertisements to visitors that have previously visited our Sites when those visitors go to other websites that have implemented the same network or platform.

You may choose how third parties display certain ads to you, as explained further in their respective privacy policies and ad preferences pages. MINORS

Our Sites and services are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using the Sites, you represent that you are over the age of 18. If we discover that we have Personal Information about a minor, we will promptly delete that personal data from our systems.
